My brain is fried and write a new blog post was on my very LONG list of things to do today. It is quickly approaching 9pm aka its 8:58 and I have zero thoughts on what the heck to write about. So I looked back through a group chat where I asked for ideas on what to write about a few weeks ago. They all had great ideas but this one topic stood out to me.

Me: Also blog ideas for me pleaseeeeeeee

Laura: Having the most kick ass friends in the world?

Me: Eye roll emoji, laughing/crying emoji, and face palm emoji!

But seriously…

She nailed it for what I am passionate about, my friends! I truly do have the most kick ass friends in the world! And its not just the 3 people in that group chat; it is everyone I have gotten to spend time with that I consider both friend and kick ass! I have pockets all over the place of friends who truly have my back.

Can I collect you?

As a very outgoing person I tend to collect a lot of people. Some people collect stamps, or magnets, and I chose to collect people.

There is a general rule in life that you should have more quality friends versus quantity of friends. But I feel like I have hit the jackpot. I have both quality and quantity. I couldn’t imagine life without these pockets of friends who cheer me on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. YOU ALL MEAN THE WORLD TO ME!

So this blog post isn’t anything profound. It’s just a simple thank you to everyone who has loved me for who I am. Please know that even though I might forget to text back, or don’t call often, that you and your friendship is so valued! And if you haven’t heard it yet. I get to have the most kick ass friends in the world because you, yes you friend are KICK ASS!
